Crows Hall farmhouse dates from the 16th century. The guest accommodation, with its own entrance and private staircase oozes charm and character, with original features, including flagstone floors and ancient oak beams. The two king-size rooms and luxury bathroom in-between - which are never let to two separate parties, is the perfect place to enjoy the peaceful and relaxing South Downs with all it has to offer, along with the delicious, locally sourced Full English breakfast!

Privacy: Situated in a private wing of the farmhouse with its own staircase and entrance, the two bedrooms both have king size beds.

Exclusive use: If you only require one room, you have the choice of either room upon arrival... the room you don't choose remains empty. YOU NEVER HAVE TO SHARE!

Groups/Families: If you wish to book both rooms, they share the large central bathroom.
The Farm

Set at the foot of Kingley Vale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty & 5 minutes from the South Downs Way.

One of only 18 International Dark Skies Reserves, the South Downs is one of the best places to stargaze in the UK.

Come and spot deer, badgers, hares, foxes, red kites, buzzards and owls. If you're lucky you might even hear the cuckoo!
Dog Friendly

Guests are more than welcome to bring their dogs. They can sleep downstairs in their own room, or if preferred in your bedroom... as long as they're well behaved!

Breakfast
The highlight of your stay... freshly prepared using only the finest local ingredients -sausages and bacon from our local butcher, eggs from our own hens, even the honey is from local bees!
Garden
Guests are encouraged to make use of the beautiful walled gardens with majestic views of Kingley Vale and the South Downs.
You can even have breakfast outside, if the weather's warm enough!
Walks
Guests are welcome to take advantage of the private walking available around the entire farm and take in the spectacular views.
Dining
Guests have the use of their own private sitting and dining area with cosy wood burning stove, comfy sofas and even access to a fridge for any food and wine!
You are more than welcome to bring food and drink back to eat, we have a fantastic local Fish & Chip Shop!
Sitting Room
Guests have use of their own sitting room, with flatscreen TV, Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime and a selection of board games.
